Not sure what to say? The following touches on the main reasons nuclear power is a risky proposition for Alberta,
"I am calling to ask that my tax dollars not be used to fund the development of a nuclear power industry in Alberta. I oppose the development of nuclear power plants in the province on the grounds that nuclear reactors are too expensive to deploy, manage and decommission and that they are neither green, clean or sustainable. I am not convinced that nuclear power plants can be operated safely or decommissioned in a way that adequately safeguards the environment or human health."
"I am also concerned about the security risk that nuclear reactors and the radioactive waste storage facilities, that they require represent. I don’t want Alberta to increase the risk of becoming a terror target by allowing nuclear reactors to be constructed. I strongly urge you to take steps to deny the expansion of the nuclear industry into Alberta.”

4. Tell Others
Help make Albertans aware of the pro-nuclear agenda and the impending investment of our tax dollars into the development of a nuclear industry in Alberta. The best way to do so is to inform family, friends, coworkers, associates and peers of the situation unfolding in Alberta. Direct them to our website and provide them with CNFA literature. Contact us if you are in need of literature, or download and print the information sheets for yourself. Please let us know if you would like us to send the information.
5. Presentations
Tell us about local civic, community or labour groups which you think may be interested in listening to a short presentation on this important issue. We have prepared a presentation and have multiple speakers available to discuss why we should demand our government reject the proliferation of nuclear power. info@keepalbertanuclearfree.com
6. Donate to the Coalition for a Nuclear Free Alberta
Make a donation to help support our media projects. We are planning to fight fire with fire and will need to spend heavily on a mass media campaign on TV, Radio and in Newspapers to effectively counter the well-funded nuclear cartel's lobby efforts and propoganda machine. Sorry, donations are not tax-deductible, however receipts will be issued for all financial contributions. Please make your check payable to Coalition for a Nuclear Free Alberta and mail it to:
